I have a statistics question: What test do I use for the following situation?

I have a dependent variable that is inetrval (questionnaires' scores). I have 74 independent binary variable (yes/ no answers to several symptoms). Further, I have another interval variable, I that might explain differences, so I want to eliminate its effects. What anlysis do I use?|||Chi-Square.
