Which regression will be appropriate if dependable variables are binary and independent vari. are continuous

I am doing regression on STATA where my dependent variable are binary (0,1) and independent variable are continuous. but there are plenty of option for logistic regression (e.g. Logit, probit, ologit....). can anyone tell me which one i should choose and why?|||Either probit or logistic (logit) regression would be appropriate for a binary dependent variable. The two are mathematically equivalent for any practical purpose; the decision should just come down to which method your audience expects to see. Logistic regression is probably more popular in general.

The other forms of regression are for situations in which the data are neither binary nor continuous. You mentioned ologit, which is short for ordered logit and is used for ordinal data.|||Thanks Geoffrey!
